Cooking process:

1. Heat up the oven to 175 C0. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Put lentils, garlic, herbs into the blender, beat until a homogeneous mass. Add lemon juice, flour, salt and pepper

2. Roll the mixture into ball shapes and lay them on the baking sheet, grease it with refined sunflower oil Stozhar in advance. Bake for 15-18 minutes

3. Clean the avocado, cut it in a half, and then slice it. Cut tomatoes into small pieces, onions - into slices

4. For cooking the sauce: grind the walnuts in a blender and add Stozhar Premium Select walnut oil. Add salt adjust to your taste

5. Serve the plate with cabbage, vegetables and balls. Dress up the dish with the sauce. Enjoy the meal!
