Cooking process:
1. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and boil in the water until it has been fully cooked (approximately 15 minutes)
2. Add curcuma, salt, pepper and cover the pot, then continue cooking for 1 minute
3. Put all ingredients into the blender, beat until a homogeneous mass, add the cream. Bring to the boil and switch off the heat
4. Pour into the pot, add paprika, Stozhar Premium Select pumpkin oil and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Enjoy the meal!
